With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, including 15 years dedicated to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, Claire is an accomplished business leader with a track record of driving measurable growth. She has held senior roles spanning both clinical development and commercial strategy, working with leading pharmaceutical and service organisations in both the UK and USA.
At IQVIA and, more recently, in Chief Business Officer roles, Claire spearheaded strategic initiatives across sales and marketing, enhancing client engagement and strengthening long-term relationships with decision-makers in pharma and biotech. Her expertise spans clinical development, regulatory consulting, and commercial execution—making her uniquely placed to help Rephine sharpen its go-to-market approach and expand its impact on a global scale.
