About Urvesh Psyllium Industries
Urvesh Psyllium Industries Limited are a leading processor and exporter of Psyllium Husk & Powder in India.
They have been in this line of business since 1949. Initially they processed and supplied Psyllium products to local markets but, looked to the worldwide demand, and in 1966 they started to export Psyllium Products in the name of Rajendra Brothers. Later, with the increase of demand from overseas buyers there rose a need to expand the business, and so, in 1985, Urvesh Psyllium Industries was formed. This was later converted to a Limited Company in 1995.
In 1995, Urvesh Psyllium Industries Limited acquired the prestigious status of 'Goverment of India Recognized Export House' and later, in 1997, Urvesh Psyllium Industrie became 'Goverment of India Recognized Trading House'.
Urvesh works under the standards of GMP, which is approved by the Multinational Company " Procter & Gamble ", U.S.A. Also, to maintain quality as per Buyer's requirements Urvesh acquired the ISO 9001:2000 Certification, and was awarded prestigious status from the world recognized SGS Quality Certification Services, UK.
Urvesh exports its quality products (i.e. Psyllium Seeds, Psyllium Husks & Powder) to various countries throughout the world.
About the Audit
Urvesh Psyllium Industries Limited was audited between 4 - 5 Februaury 2008. The Report is 42 pages long, excluding appendices. Including appendices, the Report is 58 pages long.
The Audit Report provides information on the site facilities and covers the production of Psyllium.
