About the GMP Audit
The GMP audit was performed on 4- 5 November 2003, by two of our auditors and covers the operation at Portsmouth.
The audit report includes photographs and is 24 pages long, excluding appendices. Including appendices the report is 42 pages long.

How to Purchase a GMP Audit Report
There are just a few steps to purchasing a M.Y. Healthcare Audit Report.
- You will need to sign a Confidentiality Agreement before you can purchase the audit report. Contact us via email or telephone and we will send two copies for you to sign, one of which needs to be returned to us.
- At the same time as we send you the confidentiality agreement we will also send you a proforma invoice.
- Once the payment and confidentiality agreement has been received we will dispatch the audit report to you for next day delivery. N.B Next day delivery is only for UK and Europe, please allow 2-3 days for USA or worldwide deliveries.
