About the GMP Audit
Medichem is the first API manufacturer to participate in the PharmAssess programme. The GMP audit took place at the Medichem factory located at Celrà, Girona on 24- 25 July 2006.
N.B. Two recent updates for March and June 2007 are now incorporated in the report.
The audit report includes photographs and is 42 pages long, excluding appendices. Including appendices the report is 83 pages long.
The audit provides information on the general facilities and focused on 4 different products sold in the US, Europe and Japan; Chlorhexidine Digluconate, Clozapine, Mirtazapine and Venlafaxine Hydrochloride. Medichem produce many more API products and the findings of the audit could equally apply to these.

How to Purchase a GMP Audit Report
There are just a few steps to purchasing a Medichem Audit Report.
- You will need to sign a Confidentiality Agreement before you can purchase the audit report. Contact us via email or telephone and we will send two copies for you to sign, one of which needs to be returned to us.
- At the same time as we send you the confidentiality agreement we will also send you a proforma invoice.
- Once the payment and confidentiality agreement has been received we will dispatch the audit report to you for next day delivery. N.B Next day delivery is only for UK and Europe, please allow 2-3 days for USA or worldwide deliveries.
