Borculo Domo Ingredients now called Friesland Foods Domo (FFD), is a leading manufacturer of whey-based ingredients and is part of the global dairy company Friesland Coberco Dairy Foods.
The Pharma division markets a wide range of pharmaceutical lactose products for use in the most advanced pharmaceutical formulations, including tablets, injectables, capsules, sachets, pellets and dry powder inhalers.

About the GMP Audit
The GMP audit was performed on, 14- 15 December 2004 at Borculo Domo’s site in Borculo, Netherlands, by two of our Auditors and covers lactose materials sold to the pharmaceutical industry. The Report was updated in June 2005.
N.B. Friesland Foods Domo was re-audited on 30-31 January 2007.
The Audit Report includes photographs and is 21 pages long, excluding appendices. Including appendices the Report is 49 pages long.

How to Purchase an Audit
There are just two steps to purchasing a conducted PharmAssess Audit Report:
- A Quotation will be sent to you, followed by a Service Agreement, on request, for the purchase of an Audit Report.
- Once we receive approval of the Quotation we will dispatch the Audit Report, accompanied by an Invoice.
