About the GMP Audit
The GMP audit was performed on, 14- 15 December 2004 at Borculo Domo’s site in Borculo, Netherlands, by two of our auditors and covers lactose materials sold to the pharmaceutical industry. The report was updated in June 2005.
N.B. Friesland Foods Domo was re-audited on 30-31 January 2007.
The audit report includes photographs and is 21 pages long, excluding appendices. Including appendices the report is 49 pages long.
