About Cipla
Established in 1935, Cipla stands for The Chemical, Industrial, Pharmaceutical Laboratories. Head Office is based in Mumbai, with plants based in Bangalore, Vikhroli, Patalganga, Kurkumbh, Goa, Baddhi. Cipla is currently India’s second largest pharmaceutical Company in terms of sales and it produces a range of low-cost pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), prescription drugs, OTC products, and formulations. Exports constitute approximately 50% of its sales and it markets products in more than 170 countries. Formulations accounted for 73% of Cipla’s exports in 2006 and APIs accounted for the remaining 27%.

About the GMP Audit
The audit on Cipla Patalganga Unit I site was performed on 5-6 September 2006 and Cipla Patalganga Unit II site was performed on the 26-27 June 2007. The audit has combined the two sites and includes photographs and is 61 pages long, excluding appendices. Including appendices the report is 179 pages long.
The audit report provides information on the site facilities and covers the materials Danazol USP, Escitalopram Oxalate, Finasteride, Sumatriptan Succinate, Valaciclovir Hydrochloride, Cetirizine Dihydrochloride, Doxazosin Mesylate, Fluconazole, Praziquantel, Salbutamol Sulphate, Terbutaline Sulphate, Alfuzosin Hydrochloride, Desloratadine, Perindopril Erbumine Monohydrate, Finasteride (BSA), Levo Salbutamol Hydrochloride, Lorazepam, Rivastigmine Hydrogen Tartrate, Salmeterol Xinafoate, Tamsulosin HCL, Tolterodine Tartrate, along with a comprehensive review of their quality systems.

How to Purchase a GMP Audit Report
There are just a few steps to purchasing a Cipla Audit Report.
- You will need to sign a Confidentiality Agreement before you can purchase the audit report. Contact us via email or telephone and we will send two copies for you to sign, one of which needs to be returned to us.
- At the same time as we send you the confidentiality agreement we will also send you a proforma invoice.
- Once the payment and confidentiality agreement has been received we will dispatch the audit report to you for next day delivery. N.B Next day delivery is only for UK and Europe, please allow 2-3 days for USA or worldwide deliveries.
