Matrix Laboratories Limited Unit VII
Matrix Laboratories Ltd. Unit VII is located at Pashamylaram, about 40km North West of Hyderabad. Of a total site area of approximately 124,000M2, nearly 22,000 M2 are developed. Originally established in 1997 as Medicorp Technologies India Ltd, this site was amalgamated with Matrix Laboratories Ltd in 2003.
The site shows an exceptionally well planned layout with room for expansion in the original design. Of note is the positioning of the main production plants in relation to the utilities. The design is "X" shaped with the utilities plants at the centre. The services are then piped along the centre of each production block, feeding plants on either side. Currently, only half of the "X" has been constructed.
